The Eye of Wilkins is a landmark book about Sir Hubert Wilkins, as it brings together, for the first time, a complete retrospective of the great man’s photographic work. Wilkins has been lionised for many things but this collection, brought together after more than two years of searching across the world by writer and editor, Peter Maddern, seeks to add ‘great photographer’ to his list of extraordinary achievements.
